CS Team Leader Nitin Pawar is worst Leader in APAC Region, He doesn't know process and CS function work and He is threatening and forcing to Resign if you are not able to do it . We have escalated to Managment but no use. Dow know for Inclusivity, Respect for People, in this Role no respect from Leaders . so lot of CSS leaving Job.
