I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Salary for contractors is less.and mostly biased nature with contractors and most important work load is over but Salary amount is less.Everything is for payroll employee not for Contractors.They are also part of success.

Not much.. Since there have been lot of changes in the management and they have also hired new leaders.. Everyone is implementing their own rules.. Dow used to be a very good company but now there is not much..

Dislikes

Lot of micromanagement has started.. New leaders are forcing employees to come daily and not approving leaves.. Dow has a hybrid policy but now a days it is just a policy. Again, this is depend on team. No celebration of festivals.. They just distribute one sweet box that's it..
