Not much.. Since there have been lot of changes in the management and they have also hired new leaders.. Everyone is implementing their own rules.. Dow used to be a very good company but now there is not much..

Lot of micromanagement has started.. New leaders are forcing employees to come daily and not approving leaves.. Dow has a hybrid policy but now a days it is just a policy. Again, this is depend on team. No celebration of festivals.. They just distribute one sweet box that's it..
