Pay scale is good and Leadership team out of India very knowledgeable and helping hand to us . provide good knowledge than Indian leaders .

Firstly I have observe that the Leadership Team is making hiring decision on unfounded criteria ,Leading to a lack of Trust .During my Interview I was assured that the position would be work from Home however Managment has reneged on this promise, leading to Frustration and Disappointment additionally Team leader for EMEA lacks the necessary knowledge and Experience to managed effectively resulting Micromanagement and toxic work culture on the floor. Jyoti Sine and Her Leader in particular demonstrate a significant lack of supply chain Knowlege which hinders the efficiency on the Customer Service Team. its crucial to send the for some SCM Training so they can gain knowledge which help to CSS for efficient working. it has been observe those who excel in flattery are favored over those who geniunely work hard for the business....Read More
