I had worked almost 3 years but they don't have promotion policy also if the have have they will hire people from outside. Also forgot about increment becouse I had got once in a three years which is just 10 present of the net amount, there is delay of service charge every month,also they are charging for staff food which is almostnowhere in delhi,owner he want excellent sale without paying for social marketing or without doing paying staff on time let me tell it can good for down the line staff but very difficult to work for professional people becouse there too much of involvement from owner side .There is only and only one plus point you have little extra time for your family a bit shift timmings are batter then other places rest this place not offering anything extra ....Read More

They are not giving money on time They are charging staff food which is nowhere in delhi. They don't have promotion policy for above captain staff. They don't have standard hr policy if they wish they will give leaves otherwise will refuse also. They don't have increment policy sometime they do I got my increment after 2 years which 10%on my basic. There is no p/f policy there 8 staff out of 40 who got this facility....Read More
