Working at The Buzz Social has been a great experience, but like any fast-paced agency, it can get intense at times. The 24x7 model means things move quickly, and deadlines can be tight, requiring strong time management. While the learning curve is steep, it’s also rewarding. A bit more structured downtime or team-building activities could help balance the high-energy work environment. Founder and team is very supportive and they take care of employee as they take care of the clients. Weekly extra activities are ad on. You will never want to leave the company but due to me relocating to Delhi, I had to resign here. Definitely recommended

Dislikes

Due to 24x7 work culture sometime (once or twice in a month) you may need to attend video meet late night between 10:00-11:00PM. However in the span of 2 years working with The Buzz Social I had to attend late night meet around 10 times.
