job was fine busy and challenging

long hours no break no offs no overtime company is just manipulating the staff it was opening new restaurant its understood when new restaurant is open you need to give in extra hours but for 6 months working for more then 14 hrs a day then to cook your own meal is hectic and over that on duty meal was not given other then that breakfast Club is a good concept but the just treat the staff as labors without humanity...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
