I'm not an employee of tac (the aligners company). But, I've attended the interview for sales and marketing job. These guys conducted the two rounds of interview in November 2023. Duing the first two roinds, they even asked my last company's manager or hr number for my character verification. I worked for multiple companies, even the big shot companies who never asked for my previous companies hr or manager number. Even then, I gave my manager number. Then, the MD checked how i speak with the clients.(this is fine). They said I got selected and one final round is pending for salary discussion. So. I was having great hopes. Then, there is no call. When I called, hr said the managing director went to Germany for some reasons. But, when I called the MD he picked up the call and said he's in Germany. I don't know logically how come I can able to make international calls without having any international recharge plans. So, i know that he lied that he's in Germany and roaming somewhere in India. But still, i thought that's ok. I waiting for literally almost close to 2 weeks for the final round and ready to join. Then in December 30, the final round meeting was scheduled- the MD joined the call and he asked me to again do the same check on how i speak with the clients. But this time, he wanted in a different way. During the 1st round of interview, he shared Huge list of multiple study materials, now he wants to do the speak with all the technical knowledge deployed in the conversation. (This is the worst part-How come he can expect a person to learn fully about their company products and portfolio, including large technical knowledge about dentistry without selecting the candidate and the worst part is even package is not disclosed. When i asked that, the MD got pissed off and asked the hr to disclose the salary package. Then the hr said he'll check with MD about the salary and give a call back after 1 hour. It's been 8 days now. No response. I tried calling them multiple times. No response. I trusted these guys and waiting for close to 2 weeks, and they left me just like that. Please don't go for this company, i wonder will they pay the salary at the right time? These startups misuse human resource and they take employees for granted. They should suffer without proper manpower. Only then they'll recognise the value of every employee....Read More
