Policies, work culture, job security, addressing grievances , women security are the keys factor for which THDCIL is the best company in power sector.

Dislikes

When executives have taken experiences in particular field, call him as a experts but don’t transferred which may derail the moral of any of executives.

Work Details

During my service I have worked, start of erection activities of units till commissioning, Head of O&M activities,Hydro Mechanical gates, Designing others hydro plants, Implementation of Thermal plant, Coal, wind solar projects- Feel proud and satisfied.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country, International Travel.
