Nothing to like about this awful company

I would strongly advise against working for this company. The management is the worst I have seen in my career. The Director has created a hostile and toxic work environment, frequently harassing hardworking employees and using inappropriate language, including cuss words. It is incredibly demotivating and unprofessional to work in such an environment. The company also has an unhealthy work culture, with unrealistic expectations and pressure to work excessive hours. Employees are often forced to stay late and are even asked to take on tasks outside of their role, such as marketing work for the IT team. This lack of respect for employees is extremely frustrating. The salary here is so small, that you'll need magnifying glass to see it. Cleanliness is a myth here.., Unhygienic drinking water, Unhygienic Washrooms & even untidy pantry makes worse to eat. Overall, this company fails to value its employees, and the toxic leadership only makes it worse. If you value respect, professionalism, and a healthy work environment, I would recommend to stay jobless rather than working for this company....Read More

Work life balance is very bad. Director can call you even at 12 am. No professionalism in this company. Very less salary. Never on time and always late. Most employees are hired at 10,000 rs only .even graduates. No growth opportunities, very poor increment , no promotion opportunity.

Very old technology, poor tools. All free version softwares. Company culture is very bad. Full of torture, harrassment. All cheap politics by hr head, Director, team leaders. No support will be given to you. Everyone starts torturing you here . Bad environment . Doesn't feel like you are working in company. Hr head, director , management here are diplomatic baastards. No job security. If you complaint against any wrong things happening to you, they will torture you more. So many employees were fired because they did not support hr head . Hr head is terrible person,worst human being you can ever meet.
