1] Login time must not be strict. 2] Organisation should adopt flexible timings. 3] if employee is on leave, shouldn't distrub employee, and company wants the employee should be available on leave also (so what is a benefit to take leave) 4] expect to work on a senior level in very less salary even less than junior. 5] pay structure is not equal for everyone. 6] company doesn't provide laptop (some have recived laptop from company and some doesn't) 7] No increment on point, if given they expect to commit one more year. 8] Salary is not as per industry standard. 9] Working from long time, my personal has become hell as login time is strict and heavy work load....Read More

1. There are very very very few experienced capable scenerios to guide juniors 2. If there are any blockers during tasks they expect the juniors to solve it fast whitout gving much time and less guidance 3. In Review meeting increment is not negotiated correctly and false promises are made, employer excpects that employee should meet their expectation but employer doesnt meets employees excpectations 4. Login time are made strict but logout times should also be considered too mangaers should not ask team members to wait till late to complete the task or call extra day during off, we have family to answer too...Read More
