No any HR policies , Canteen is good , Work & life balance will be good for some departments.

Lots of politics ,No appreciation , No system , Everyone will work on their priorities , Everyone will stretch you as per their urgencies, In purchase your manager will not support you . You have to work independently & also listen all people( MD to labour ) on their mood also if you right .Nominal increment is once in 2 years i.e. 1 to 2 k . Purchase work is only as a clerk .
