12hrs work schedule Zero work life balance They are laying off employees every month and asking them not to write anything on social media pages as it will cause them bad publicity It's very similar to doing slave work here, in short you are the slave of upper management you will hire 100 of employees for them they will fire you in an instance on a Google meet and the reason will be cost cutting

Nothing is good all ex employee of byjus and they are already toxic Testbook hire and fire. No proper training.if you have an edtech experience then you can get some respect.office time is very bad. Only canteen is good because of free tea and coffee. If you don't have any job than you can try you will easily selected but no job security, No good environment. No support from team or manager.
