The VP is a Boss not a leader. They will only see their benefit. Employees are just taken for granted. If you get in any trouble with the VP then you forget the promotion. Only favorites will get promoted. You can join company after the VP's are changed. It was all good when Ashutosh sir were there. If the VP's are changed then many things will change. The company will become a good place to work.

I am working as freelancer and have decided to leave this company. No one takes responsibility for freelancer s here. Articles are never given on time and only freelancer asks for the articles and takes follow ups on his/her own. It takes them ages to reply for a message or doubts. They will recruit you as a writer but give you a lot and lot many work other than writings. Salary is too low like 30 paisa per word which is not at all worth the work as you work far more than just writing like interlinking their articles,interlinking advertisement of their coaching, uploading grammarly report, uploading readability score of your articles and competitors articles and finally they have all the rights to not approve your article for not satisfying their silly demands. Basically you are not just a writer who will just write the content and get the money. They have rude and irresponsible editors who never takes any responsibility and will hang you till the last date of the submission so my opinion is never go for this company to waste your time and peace....Read More
