I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Nothing is good all ex employee of byjus and they are already toxic Testbook hire and fire. No proper training.if you have an edtech experience then you can get some respect.office time is very bad. Only canteen is good because of free tea and coffee. If you don't have any job than you can try you will easily selected but no job security, No good environment. No support from team or manager.
