We're looking for an experienced and skilled Accounts Payable Manager to lead our accounts payable team. As an Accounts Payable Manager at Testbook, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable Process Management: Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including vendor invoice processing, payment authorization, and payment execution.

2. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely resolution of vendor inquiries and issues.

3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounts payable professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

4. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve accounts payable processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, minimizing financial risk and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

6. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including accounts payable aging reports, payment reconciliations, and other ad-hoc reports as required.

7. Internal Controls: Maintain and enforce internal controls, ensuring segregation of duties, authorization, and approval processes are in place and operating effectively.
