1. Micromanagement 2. HR - Thapaswini and Baishaki they are just good for nothing. Since the day these 2 people has joined the entire culture has become miserable 3. Upper management is good for nothing. The managing director comes to office after 3 , leaves early as well and expect other employees to be in office till 8 or 9 pm 4. Managers and leads are incapable. 5. If you want to avail free snacks then you have to stay in office till 8. These guys are totally mad. Free snacks are only available for our good for nothing HR and MD 6. Finance head Rahul sucks. I have never encountered such rude person in my entire career of 6 years....Read More
