Focus is not on work but on useless team building activities like going for tea and coffee, bike riding on weekends, etc. Leaders are useless with regional politics between Kannadigas and Tamilians. Tesco doesn't follow its own value, employees are never treated as the want to be, for example a team get together is also divided into 2, team dinner and team lunch.
