except for the Finance department, All other managers in this company are good

Dislikes

Job security in this company is nonexistent. Hardworking employees can be terminated for illogical reasons, while non-contributors are regarded as "superstars." Those who contribute significantly are undervalued. There are no overtime benefits instead, managers simply assign more work. The manager's superior does not verify her claims and trusts her blindly, resulting in poor decision-making. The manager lacks the authority to make sound decisions, leading to consistently poor outcomes....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
