Tenmiles is a fast growing start up with excellent growth opportunities. The company has a very casual and cool work atmosphere and some wonderful people. The best part is the 7 hour work policy which helps to strike wonderful work life balance. Most importantly, we build awesome products :)

There is nothing one could dislike! Could be more organized which will eventually happen once the company achieves the desired growth!

Work Details

I work in the HR team where I am involved in hiring the best people for Tenmiles, carrying out day to day HR functions, managing employee information, conducting performance reviews, organizing events and maintaining employee relations within the company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
