The only benefit of working with Temple and Grace was - it’s a permanent work from home job

Dislikes

1. The way the Indian employees are treated is completely bad. I talk on behalf of all the Indian employees who were/are associated with Temple and grace. We weren’t given space and we were always targeted in meetings. 2. There is no proper system - they run the whole company through WhatsApp messages and there is lack of resources3. When anything goes wrong- it’s majorly targeted on Indian employees and if the same mistake is done by an Australian employee- they’re treated much better and they have never been harsh to them 4. You should do any kind of work they throw on you 5. No job security- No hike - No appraisal - No benefits - No PF/Gratuity - No insurance 6.
