The good thing is that they do not shy on spending money on employees. You'll have multiple team party funds provided in a same year, diwali gifts, snack parties in the office every month and much more.

Dislikes

Just like other call centers, there's favoritism problem that affects promotion and growth of deserving employees. Some people in the management have autonomy in the process making it difficult for people to raise their voice if something wrong is happening. Even if you're constantly topping the charts, your chances of getting a promotion can be zero if you don't have good relations with the people in the management....Read More

Flexible, work from home, first company where I see top leaders have metrics around how many hours of upskilling or training done by employees and provide support for upskilling, it is great experience so far in 4-6 months . Another thing unique I see here is : What You Say, What we did? Metric where in quarterly or half yearly meets,, leadership talk about what action are taken against the feedback received in survey..unlike other organisations where we usually see talks only but no report card of what is achieved against feedback....Read More

Work life balance and team is really very helpful here. People will always be there to support and help during initial days. And this thing is monitored by HR and managers. If you feel like someone is not helping you or not giving you enough time to make you understand any details regarding project or code anything, you can even complaint this thing to HR also. Telus International has few people at Executive level who donot understand the complexity of business since they do not have the expertise and still want to run the show without considering any suggestions or views from the expert team member. Their amazon process is worst, the management gave lot of pressure to their employees in terms of and terminate them frequently, there is no work ethics and the politics they do is the biggest challenge. No one can survive in this type of atmosphere if the management is not supportive. Every TM is toxic; no one is genuine with one another; some are arrogant, while others engage in gaslighting. Many TMs believe that they are the best, and that no one can compete with them. Seniors are the worst backbenchers in my opinion; some are immature and have not matured since puberty. Even my TL is full of grumbling and has no sense of humor. He wants minions to follow him around and do dirty work until the person reaches a breaking point. This organization does not offer casual or public holidays. The work environment of Telus is so so amazing it's being more than 1 year I am working with Telus the environment and collogue are like family. Working here is like fun even on ever Friday or festivals Telus do organise many things to participate and get abundance of pleasure ❤️ and enjoying the days of festivals is like actually festival

Salary is always on time and colleagues are ok

Dislikes

Management is worst no support, whenever you ask for solution only you will get excuses. You can be kicked out anytime with XYZ reason. No work life balance total worst. Cab facility is totally trash they will drop you one hour before your shift and nobody cares.
