Work environment is good , No pressure of work. I mean a little bit of pressure is everywhere but you get help of your colleagues and manager . For lower post like TMs, it's good place to work.

Dislikes

For higher posts like TLs , it's not good, lot of partiality and favoritism happening in this organisation. OMs support their favorite TLs and TMs only. Use bad language, inappropriate behavior is being followed by them and their favorites. Even after so many complaints on director level, no action being taken and that's why attrition rate is around 135% there. HRs are influenced by Ops completely. They will keep those who they want to keep because they doing some favors to them in terms of personal things. If you're partying with them on weekends, then they will do some favor for you or else you are not in their good books, no one at any level will take any action against this behavior. Lot of TLs and TMs have resigned just because of this favoritism....Read More
