Here employees are given drinking water from basin where security spits gutkaa. Also senior leaders order their chamchaas to fight with employees who are hardworking and made them leave the office.

Salaries should better align with roles and responsibilities, and night shift allowances should be extended to operations employees for fairness. Just to promote their family & friends they are promoting and giving the team managerial role to really incompetent people who doesn't even know the mean of team management and other aspects of this role.
