Company is still following WFH so work life balance is quite good here , From learning perspective it's not much good but at the end salary matters 😅 For fresher entry level salary is quite disappointing, but they offer attractive appraisal ( for freshers)

Work life balance is not good. It was WFH as a developer and I was in my starting phase I struggled a lot to learn as it was very hard to learn while being not in person but eventually I got the hang of it. Client was from the US and I had to work late night mostly and once 3 months were like they didn't gave me any weekends at all to rest. I was working continuously for 3 months straight without any weekend. They said they would compensate the comp off leaves but at the end they said you can take leave whenever you like and told our manager to just tell your people not to ask for any comp off money straight away. After that when I ask the manager for money he told me that that guy has told me straight that no money will be given to you all you ll just have to take the leave. After that I put a 2 week leave straight where they were arguing that if it is your marriage you can have those leaves but not without any cause I even said these are my leaves you said you wont pay it I am utilizing it now for working this hard day and night i need to relax but they didn't approve. My manager was a simple person too he was new to the company too. Maybe he couldn't handle lying to people he left without joining any other company, idk the reason but it is my guess. Neither I could utilize my leaves nor did I got the compensation . The project was in end phase and they put whole team on the bench and ssaid noone needs to peave they will align all of us but be prepared for the interviews. I was ready but i was also giving interviews to other companies as well. Telus interviews were of timepass only they were just harrassing all guys who were on bench. I cleared 2-3 outside interviews and realized telus is just making an excuse out of us to leave. I packed my bag and left. They released me from the day i put the email. It is ok. After leaving and after 2-3 month i ask my previous teammates if they are aligned to any project they say we have give 5 interviews in total and none we were able to clear because they keep asking some nonsense thing to confuse us and nothing to work related and now the guy who is responsible for their interviews said you guys have not cleared any of the interview and now he will put a report together and will send it to the HR....Read More

As there were no help given I climbed my ladder by myself i built confidence and how to deal with people and how to handle pressure and learned company just don't care about you and you should do the same.

Its a great company to work for if you are professional between 3 to 9 years of experience. Its the sister company of Canadian telecom giant TELUS, they have a lot to offer interms of verticle. For analytics roles, it think its the best. Flexible Leave policies is a cherry on the top

Not a great Tax saving portal or policies and appraisals. The work might get monotonus after 2 years. And if a onsite opportunity is given, please be sure to negotiate on the onsite salary. Spousal Visa fees, airplane charges not given.
