Working culture is quite good here. People do help each other in project management. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Sometimes management don't listen to your feedback and issues they will put pressure on you and even if you are working good then also no appreciation or recognisation will be given to you management won't back you up when required. Also people on higher ranks will take the credit of all the good work and will make you responsible for all the wrong doings. Also salary hike and appraisal are below par expectations...Read More

Work Details

It was quite good I got a chance to meet many people of age and learnt basics of corporate life as it was my first company. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was less support from the mentors. I learnt everything on the floor.
