Not recommend at all, Sepicaly if you are working as team lead and above. Your worklife balance will go in dustbin and you will become servant labor for this company 24*7

Dislikes

Salaries, Pethaic if you are internally promoted. Work life balance, life in gutter AM is heaving lesser salaries than agent in any other company. Satisfaction 0 you are treated like a servant for sure.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
