The opportunities are great and you get a decent platform to enter and excel at consulting if you are in the project execution team. The sales and Business development teams however have a very toxic culture and mechanical numbers are expected without any strategy.

The company doesn’t pay good. The hikes are pretty average. It’s a compromise in terms of But a great addition to your career and can give you a great direction for future jobs.

No one is interested here. They will just push you to out extra hours and et things done. No logic behind things. Managers cares about results no one talks about helping you if you are stuck.
