The opportunities are great and you get a decent platform to enter and excel at consulting if you are in the project execution team. The sales and Business development teams however have a very toxic culture and mechanical numbers are expected without any strategy.

Dislikes

The company doesn’t pay good. The hikes are pretty average. It’s a compromise in terms of But a great addition to your career and can give you a great direction for future jobs.
