Got interview call for HR post from Sonali. Post studying about company profile for interview, checked reviews given by employees. Recent ones, specially which were negative reviews. When asked about the reviews, Sonali replied 'it's up to you'. This reply was inappropriate and supports the negative reviews posted about management. Thank you.

Everything seems disheartening, it says it has corporate culture but they don't even take action on an HR manager who misbehaves with female employees instead the owner of the organization asks the female employees to understand the person because he is unmarried, is of 30 yrs something. This is strange

I like that as an HR I am given the freedom to work on many different policies, employee engagement activities. Even in the pandemic, we kept going with our Engagement activities. I also like to listen to people's issues and solve them

I don't like when employees keep talking negative about HR while we work so hard to make things happen

I have been HR since many years. I have seen people come and go. i have also seen people happy and sad at the company. Being HR, i can say only that every company has its good and bad, we should concentrate on what works for us and what does not. we will have good and bad days in every company, but we should not take it our heart. just forget it and keep living bindaas!

Team is extremely good. There are two types of management in the company the one lead by design head and one lead by business head. Design team is a bit humane. Business and support team environment is suffocating.
