ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with clients to determine the project scope & change requests.
• Schedule resources, Booking and ensuring proper utilization.
• Conduct project review meetings with project team at regular intervals and identify risks and prepare contingency plan.
• Provide Project progress reports to internal/external Stake Holders
• Monitor Project plans and keep track of the work hours.
• Delegate tasks and monitor project deliverable.
• Ensure Quality and Timeline of the all-project deliverable.
• Continuous Follow Up with relevant stake holder internal/external to get work completed with high quality on time.
• Initiate Project scrum call, sprint planning, milestone achievement meetings.
• Providing Final effort estimation basis requests.
• Assist and guide the team and maintain high levels of motivation and morale.
• Identify risks and initiate a contingency plan.
• Identify team for skill upgradation and training.
• Identify learning's, best practices and improvement areas post project delivery.
• Attend Project Kick -off Meeting to set the overall direction and goals for the project and ensure that they align with the consulting company's strategic objectives.
• Attend Requirement Gathering Call to help identify and prioritize project requirements in a way that supports the consulting company's business goals and objectives.
• Attend to ensure that Project progress status are updated and challenges discussed.Role & responsibilities:
