Understanding and helpful team members Came in knowing only Google Ads, but then got opportunity to work on Meta, Insta, Youtube, Bing, Spotify, and many other ad services. I fell sick in Dengue and they understood, took my work off to another team member for the time being and gave me a leave long enough to recover, after which I joined back from home to work. For other cities than Kolkata, they also have a dynamic holiday list for every state and can be swapped if needed, beginning of calendar year. Like, my junior got married and relocated from Kolkata to Delhi, now she takes leaves for Delhi location, while working from home in Delhi.
