I fell sick in Dengue and they understood, took my work off to another team member for the time being and gave me a leave long enough to recover, after which I joined back from home to work. For other cities than Kolkata, they also have a dynamic holiday list for every state and can be swapped if needed, beginning of calendar year. Good amount of work. We use AI for research purpose and TechShu implemented use of AI as soon as it was introduced and hence, now I am able to deliver much more work in 9 hours of work (with breaks). Previously, I used to write 2000 words a day, but now with AI, I can easily delivery 3000 or sometimes even more, depending on the type of topics allocated. Get the opportunity to work with several types of clients, and in the last 9 months, I have written for more than 40 clients across several industries/sectors. Deadlines are there, but in case I don't get to finish my work on time, I ususally give an hour or 2 in the weekends, to submit it. Department leads are good and helpful.
