Position - Jr. Copywriter

Location - Kolkata|Remote (for Pan India)

Job Description - 

1. Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
2. Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
3. Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
4. Conduct high-quality research and interviews
5. Edit and proofread copy as needed
6. Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach
7. Source images and other content 
8. Share knowledge: Courses, videos, any material that can augment departmental performance
9. Maintain strong hygiene in output.
10. Writing social media and search ads, display ads, LP content, proofing, editing
11. Research: Industry research, category research, competitor work collation
12. Handling bulk copy demands to free up senior member bandwidth

Position - Sr. Copywriter

Location - Kolkata|Remote (for Pan India)

Job Description -

3. Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
4. Conduct high-quality research and interviews
5. Edit and proofread copy as needed
6. Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach
7. Source images and other content 
8. Share knowledge: Courses, videos, any material that can augment departmental performance
9. Supervise Jr. Copywriters, bringing them up to speed with techniques and craft of copywriting. Making them industry-ready
10. Writing ads, social media posts, scripts, social media/ad campaigns
11. Maintain strong hygiene in output.

Candidate requirement for Project Manager (Mid/Senior Level)

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse writing samples.
3. Excellent command of English, Hindi and preferably Bengali and writing/editing skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
