You might have to visit HR again and again to get even simple things done. You’ll never get your salary slip on time. You have to specifically request them for such basic thing, they don’t provide it by default.

Micro management and very miss communication between employees from one department to another department. Project Lead and Senior Developer need to learn apart from coding what else needed to ship great products. Needed more growth oriented things. Good Project Manager can help in some of these areas .
