Technodysis is an organization which gives a lot of freedom to its employees in terms of flexibility of work. May it be work from home, hybrid or work timmings. There is immense opportunity for growth, if employee shows dynamc ability he/she can work cross fucntionally with alot of career growth and maneuvring. Organization is evolving very fast and its observing huge growth. Higher officials and decision makers are easily accesible and they really guide people in a very helpful way. Training sessions are present for freshers and feedback from employees are considered and implemented if its feasible. Everyone gives respect to each other and your work gets recognition and you can expect timely salary hike (performance based) I started as a Business Strategist and moved into Product Manager role quickly (based on my previous experience). I am a Consultant in Technodysis. My role is dynamic in nature. I handle Consulting, Business Strategy, Marketing, Branding, Project Management as par the need of the work. I proved myself to be able to get these responsibilities.
