Work culture is average. Management only want job completion on time from the employees. No salary increment at all for outsider employees. Increment is not done on the basis of capability but done by seeing the face of those employees who all butters their bosses.

Dislikes

Salary structure especially in the Fab shop. Politics done by the managers. No growth for outsiders epically in dahej workshop. Only local employees growth is possible here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. You will end up working 12-13 hrs/day most of the time and also on weekends to complete the task assigned. You will be handed a task with a very tight deadline because of which you end up working overtime and on weekends. Also it is expected that you complete the task within 2 days (sometime even 3 hrs) and quality should not be compromised. If quality is compromised then this issue will be escalated to higher authority as if you are the problem....Read More

They prefer to give good work only for GET and not who came as lateral entry. Promotion and salary is not good. Work life balance is very good. Team is full of young engineers.

Dislikes

Not getting proper design work, only report work is there as I am joined as a lateral entry. Good work preference is given to mainly GETs.
