You get to interact with client spread across the globe, you get to know various people

Dislikes

Politics, biased management, poor perks and hikes, bossism nature of few people, very bad HR management, cost cutting across various domains.

Work Details

I worked as QA, and before that I was in design engineering. Being hired from college I was offered good package but the hikes I received in last five years were so minimal, that I felt it would be worse to continue in the same field.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
