Company is in downturn. Worst company with draconian rules. Management doesn't know how to treat employees. Few identified employees get all the hike and other employees see no growth.

Dislikes

Performance monitoring is poor. Only talkative persons succeed.

Very good working culture, open door policy, anyone can go and talk to higher manager in whole organization. Core engineering learning, hands on experience for product engineers.

Dislikes

Far from "happening" city, poor communication from HR, worst policies, policies are poor than local workshop. Cafeteria is just for namesake. Too spicy food, so many times people complained, no improvement.
