My colleagues were very nice friends and very co-operative people. Training period was good. But there is no job security. our services were terminated all of a sudden. In fact, there is no career growth, no salary hike, no innovations till the end of our services.

Dislikes

I'd like to appeal to TVTC management, Saudi is that they should conduct admission test before enrolling students into the colleges in order to maintain quality education.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
