There is nothing here to like. Worst company because they are running company just like as home/school.

Everything is worst here because they guys don't know how to behave with employee. His behavior is like they are always about to beat employee in front of all employees. They don't know how to work with juniors or employee. Being senior they always sought to their juniors in unprofessional ways. No job security .. no any HR policyfor employee job security. Without giving any timeline they guys always fire there employee and ask him to not come office from tomorrow.
