No matter what your education is bachelor engineers, diploma engineers and draughtsman gets the same designation. Editor or modeller or checker. Depends on availability of Vacancy's they would give you any designation and treat you like a dog. No professionalism at all and lengthy working hours upto 24 hours if projects are urgent but they won't pay you overtime pay instead they wil threaten you to terminate if you go against working hours, which is violation of labour law. Most of the employees don't speak a word in fear of losing job in this tough market and they live a miserable life. No family life, no personal time for fitness or to learn any other things of your interest. This is the case with both boys and girl's especially in Ratnagiri office. Favouritism is other problem engineers are kept behind from modelling or checking and forced to work as editor while they promote draughtsman who could barely speak any english. My suggestion opt out this company and go for better one....Read More

Work Details

I enjoyed my work because I was interested in my field but deep inside I was unhappy because of working up to 12 hours daily without any overtime pay. Frequent interruption while working by team leaders and managers & abusive language is common problem.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
