I don't think there is anything which I dislike about this organization. Because I believe that- this is not someone's company, this is my company.

Work Details

So, talking about my job I am working as a checker. Generally, we work in steel detailing sector which is primarily based in USA, CANADA and some part in UK. We work in complete steel detailing which includes beams, columns, handrails, stairs

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Getting opportunities to work on various projects, can improve myself, colleagues are supportive

Dislikes

No saturdays off since lockdown, no increment in pandemic even though the workload is way too much, no bonuses even after working more than 12 hrs a day

Very average, you may get work call at any time on working days and except sunday every day is working day, in fact many sundays were also workdays for which no pay or comp offs were allotted, no work-life balance
