I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Nothing work culture and Vp is very cheap. Mr Sarabjeet and Hr megha is the worst people of the organisation. May God will give what they did to others

Despectful. No work life balance. Poor salary. Managers are the king of the company no value of employees. Company can be good but they need to fire top management people and HR megha.
