The absence of basic amenities like provision of laptops and dedicated workspace further adds to the challenges. while the concept of WFH is embraced the sporadic presence of managers, and the absence of direct managerial support, poses obstacles in seeking guidance and feedback. I love the managerial skills of the Team Lead and my team, who are always supportive & encouraging me to try new things. My team leader never let my guard down, not only professionally, but also, she is helpful in other terms also. Also, working here on different projects at a time is a huge pulse.
