Good work environment.all members are supportive and management is good. Company policies are good and fair and they give good salary. Tech Mahindra supporting us in covid-19 by customer's satisfaction and give them proper knowledge about the virus and define safety measures for the customer as well as their employees.

Dislikes

There is a Nepotism in the management and career growth is not decided by the capability sometimes it's basis on status.

i like to good trainning in the class room.trainer was very helpful person there and facility was also good there .i have good communication skill and there was improve my skill.for the knowlege about great orgnization there.there was no salary problem time to time got the salary.over all good experience i have done there.
