If someone is joining TechMahindra , try to get project asap. Unlike other companies ,TechM is too rude and asked you to leave company just like you are a maid in some house and house owner asking not to come from tomorrow. Job security is a problem.

Good learning. There is a shortage of resources and so you end up multi tasking which helps you improve yourself. But this comes with cons as well

This is probably not applicable to all managers but some are rude and have no respect for employees. There is misogyny in the organisation and they don't value good employees. Pay hike and everything related to compensation is atrocious. The salary was deducted by a good amount during covid despite the organisation doing well. If you're joining it's best if you're billed from day one else your salary takes a hit if not billable. They have a ridiculous slab structure for non billability which affects your salary based on the number of months on bench. Not enough onsite opportunities....Read More

Like any ohter IT company TechMahindra will push you to reallocate to its other location for project. Sometimes its justifyable but its difficult when they join you for some location and ask to shift to other location.

yes, you have a job and as you are doing, keep doing it. Less micro management from managers. Salary we get. But hikes are not there. Before and after corona no difference. Work - life balance depends on project.
