I think it is mostly depend on your team and client rather than company. My experience was very good while working with my team and all the members of my client.

Dislikes

There is no motivation while working with TechM. No job security. As per my experience TechM don't have any criteria to hire or fire anyone. They just think about companies profit first and then client satisfaction. Employees are no where in profit perspective. :)

Mindgate and Tech Mahindra

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth
