After One Year also we Didn't get Good Hike position it's so Bad.. Most of the Employees looking for salary and Hike we Have lot of exactions but we are not at reached that 😂 So pls Anand Mahindra@jii can You tell me to you ur HRs provide good hike pls

Good salary hike, transport allowance, bonuses for particular projects like technical support. Giving every penny back after f and f settlement. Incentives if you are a super human.

Dislikes

Where I worked in Hitec City, Hyderabad, no job security, no friendly environment, no understanding of an employee's mindset. My training manager demotivated me during my voice call certifications. I felt very dejected and lonely and I myself quit the job from there. They are only interested till the time you follow the process and perform. No assurance. Cafetaria hygeine is pathetic.

Work Details

Very terrible and stressful after process training. It was chilled during initial stage. No support from the team after a certain stage. You have to win your own battle. Used to expect multi process tasks during voice support.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
