1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Only pushing the people to achieving the target which are not been able to achieved by everyone if you don't there is no commission in which you will end up in getting error cutting basic salary and giving commision on that.

Different type of work While I enjoy working for the company, the tasks I perform in my current position have become repetitive. I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers.

There is not much that liked about this company but yes there few things like they provide cab in odd hours and they provide work from home also.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . The work environment is very good and collaborative and their team members and seniors and colleagues are very helpfull and supportive . Overall tech Mahindra gave me the better opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

Dislikes

Appraisals are the worst as most people will get 4% hike. People who work beyond will get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.
